Lago Pehoé Hostel is a charming 45-room hotel set on a private five-hectare island in the middle of Lake Pehoé. Reached via a long wooden bridge, the property offers one of the most iconic locations in Torres del Paine. Many rooms enjoy the same sweeping views of the Paine Massif that guests at the far more expensive Hotel Explora (Salto Chico) pay a premium for. 

While the interiors are simple rather than luxurious, all rooms are ensuite, and the setting more than compensates.
